1. What is a non-shrink grout?
Non-shrink grout is special pre-mixed cement with shrinkage compensation additive. It has a good flowability and high compressive strength after being mixed with water.

The price of epoxy floors depends on performance criteria of the flooring system and can vary from Rs. 500.00 to Rs. 2000.00 depending on the specific requirements and end use. For very high specifications the rate would be even higher. Hence a thorough inspection of the new or existing floor to be taken up and also need to understand the end use or the requirements based on which the epoxy flooring system will be recommended.

The thickness is governed by the mechanical and chemical exposure, i.e. for foot traffic and light trolleys 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm thickness would be sufficient. With increasing load of vehicles and frequency of traffic exposure the thickness increases.

 
 
17. Are there any admixtures suitable for high volume of fly ash for normal concrete?
Fly ash generally behaves chemical reactive slower than cement hydrated particular in high volume. So fly ash in concrete will affect dramatically to longer time of setting. Specific admixture should have ability to water reduction from medium to high level and less affect to set time. In generally mid-range types recommend using rate at 300 - 600 ml per 100 kg of cementitious content. By the way, using fly ash concrete should keep much consideration how optimum percentage of fly ash is in one cubic meter. So, in case of either sulfate or chloride resistance concrete should be better considered to lower water content and use chemically reaction with pozzolan materials and superplasticizer admixture integrated in hydration in concrete
